Susan, originally from Venezuela, holds a degree in Business Data Processing and Engineering, complemented by multiple professional certifications from prestigious institutions such as Harvard University, Arizona State University, and MIT. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, she is passionate about dance and traveling. In her free time, she cherishes moments with her two adorable daughters. Susan is also the founder of Z-C Consultants, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to excellence.

Francine Aguilar

Francine is from Mexican descent, a multicultural girl with a rich background shaped by living in Canada, Brazil, and Argentina. Francine is fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. With a major in actuarial science, a minor in economics, and a master’s in data mining, she brings a strong analytical mindset to every challenge. Outside of work, Fran enjoys the discipline of boxing, the creativity of baking, and spending time with her beloved boxer dog “Tita”.

Ivan Galindo

Ivan Galindo is a bilingual Industrial Engineer with over 15 years of experience in production planning, forecasting, and scheduling within the electronic and medical device industries. With a deep understanding of manufacturing techniques and a focus on materials management and production efficiency, Ivan excels in managing multiple projects concurrently while improving processes, costs, and quality. Outside of work, Ivan enjoys spending time with his family, coaching football, and exploring new ways to inspire others through leadership and problem-solving

Kara McCaskill

Kara is an Excellent professional with 2 master dregress from Mississippi now based in Dallas. Heavily experience in data development. On her free time she loves to go out with family and friends, read sci-fi books.

Mathew Adeniran

Mathew is originally from Nigeria living in DFW Metroplex. He is a System & Infra Engineer couple with good experience in Microsoft products.

He likes trying new things and meeting people. At his leasure time, he likes to play ping-pong and listen to music (R&B and Afrobeat)

Pascal Quak

Pascal is originally from Amsterdam, The Netherlands where he went to film school and studied business and is a force in the video marketing world. He is fluent in Dutch, German and English. When he is not working he spends time with his son and enjoys comedy and traveling.

Virginia Ledezma

Virginia Ledezma serves as the Senior Manager of Inventory Control and Transportation at Tricolor Holdings, where she expertly oversees the end-to-end process of inventory management and inbound/outbound transportation. Her extensive background in the automotive industry spans diverse roles, including sales, marketing, buy-here-pay-here operations, finance, vehicle remarketing, loss mitigation, loan servicing, and recoveries. With her well-rounded expertise, Virginia has become a versatile leader, known for her strategic approach to process management and implementation, as well as her ability to build and empower high-performing teams. If consistency were a sport, Virginia would undoubtedly be its MVP.

Beyond her professional achievements, Virginia is an avid traveler, self-proclaimed foodie, and passionate dog lover. She cherishes her time with her son, Christopher, and enjoys embracing the spirit of her Texas roots. A die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan through thick and thin, she brings the same dedication and resilience to her work as she does to her personal life.

Originally from Venezuela and now based in Peru, Zeus is passionate about photography and a devoted Kansas City Chiefs fan. In his free time, he enjoys watching movies and cooking with his wife, Katherine, finding inspiration and relaxation in the kitchen and cinema.
